I thought it was Endorphins?
The Runner's High (also known as the Exercise High) is in fact caused primarily by the Endocannabinoid System, unlocking our ability to regulate mood and pain during exercise. Endorphins are nice an all, but if we're talking about exercise it's Cannabinoids, specifically Anandamide, that play a primary role.

How long do the effects last?
First step is finding your ideal dose. The intention is not to get stoned, but allow for a subtle, euphoric and vibrant feeling to take hold during exercise. On average, effects may last for 1 to 2 hours.
I though it makes you lazy?
Turns out that was worse then a myth, it was a lie. Lazy people comes from all walks of life. Turns out people that use are more active than those that don’t. They exercise more often, saying it “motivates them.” It's time for lazy people to find another excuse.
