Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $100 USD, which is on average 4-8 Business Days via USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. Shipments depart our warehouse and transit time will vary based on your distance from warehouse to doorstep. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please let us know within 30 days at sup@offfield.com and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

For products that are backordered, shipping timelines will vary depending on product availability. To keep in line with regulatory and brand standards, packaging can be changed and updated that may not yet be reflected in the imagery seen on our site and product pages at the time of your purchase.

Merchandise Return: For products outside our Enhanced Hydration, Athletic Energy Gummies, High Performance Sports Drink and Trial Packs (Clothing, Merchandise, Accessories, etc.), our return policy is still aimed at making you happy but reflects the different nature of these products:

• If you don’t love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
• To process a return, please email sup@offfield.com with your order number in the subject line.
• Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. All items will be inspected by our quality control team prior to authorizing a return or exchange.
• All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This includes using a promotion code at checkout.
• After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees on merchandise returns.
