MORE ON THE BAN
On November 9, 2025, Mitch McConnell attached language to a must-pass government funding bill after the longest government shutdown in history. Effectively making it a federal crime to produce low-dose, lab-tested products that responsible brands have spent years building, an industry comprising of over 300,000 farmers, small businesses, and families.
The provision was added after a lobbying push by trade groups representing major alcohol and beer companies, at a time when alcohol sales are declining and low-dose THC is winning over the same customers. Draw your own conclusions.
This won’t touch high-dose products sold in state-licensed dispensaries, and it won’t slow the ever growing illegal black market. It only punishes the companies doing it right.
You did not vote for this. This was never debated or voted on as its own bill.
Congress still has until December 11 to replace the ban with sensible regulation: age limits, testing, labeling, and dosing standards. Contact your representative and senators and tell them to pass it.

WHAT ARE WE EVEN TALKING ABOUT
THE 2026 MCCONNELL HEMP BAN
After eight years of building some of the safest and most effective cannabinoid products in the world, and industry that employs over 350,000 people is under threat of being wiped out. Not because it was proven to be bad and definitely not because people voted against it. It’s being wiped out by a handful of politicians using bureaucracy and fear to help their favorite lobbyists. Alcohol sales are down. It's time to get rid of the competition.
You did not vote for this ban. But you do vote for the representatives that can stop it from happening. Reach out!

Anandamide binds to CB1 receptors in the brain, elevating dopamine and serotonin levels. This creates a feeling of euphoria, reduces anxiety, and enhances focus.

Researchers confirmed cannabinoids are responsible for the runner's high. Not endorphins.
