OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The OFFFIELD Four Twenty Finisher Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by OFF FIELD, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Boston Marathon or the Boston Athletic Association.

All references to the Boston Marathon are used solely for identification of the athletic event in which participants may independently compete. Sponsor has no affiliation with or authorization from the Boston Athletic Association.

Participants must independently register for and compete in the Boston Marathon through the official race registration process.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States
• Who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Who are official registered participants in the Boston Marathon scheduled for April 20, 2026
• Who successfully register for this Promotion prior to the start of the race

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when registration opens on the OFFFIELD website and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 19, 2026.

Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants must:
 1. Visit the OFFFIELD website during the Promotion Period.
 2. Complete the official registration form.
 3. Provide their name, email address, and official Boston Marathon bib number.
 4. Agree to these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Entrants must maintain an official Boston Marathon registration and bib number to remain eligible.

 

5. Registration Requirement

Only individuals who successfully register for the Promotion prior to the start of the Boston Marathon and receive confirmation of entry from Sponsor will be considered eligible participants.

Any individual who records a Boston Marathon finish time of 4:20:00 but did not properly register for the Promotion prior to the start of the race will not be eligible to receive the prize.

By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that eligibility for the prize is strictly limited to registered entrants.

Sponsor shall have no obligation to award the prize to any individual who did not complete the official Promotion registration process prior to the race start.

 

6. Winning Condition

To qualify for the prize, an eligible entrant must:

• Finish the Boston Marathon on April 20, 2026
• Record an Official Net Finish Time of exactly 4:20:00

The finish time must be published in the official race results issued by the Boston Athletic Association.

Only official net finish times will be considered.

Gun time, unofficial results, personal tracking devices, or third-party timing sources will not be used.

 

7. Timing Authority

Official race timing as published by the Boston Athletic Association shall be the sole and controlling record used to determine finish times for the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for timing discrepancies, recording errors, or race administration decisions made by the Boston Athletic Association.

 

8. Winner Determination

If one eligible entrant records an Official Net Finish Time of 4:20:00, that entrant will be the potential winner.

If multiple eligible entrants record an Official Net Finish Time of 4:20:00, the potential winner will be determined by a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among those eligible entrants.

If no eligible entrant records an Official Net Finish Time of exactly 4:20:00, the prize will not be awarded.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner determination are final and binding.

9. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.
The winner will receive one (1) of the following, at the winner’s election:
• a custom OFFFIELD medal containing approximately $420 worth of gold, or
• a $420 cash payment.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $420 USD.
The winner must make their prize selection within seven (7) days of notification. If no selection is made within that time period, Sponsor may award the medal.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

10. Winner Verification

The potential winner must complete verification within seven (7) days of notification.

Verification may require:

• Confirmation of Boston Marathon bib number
• Confirmation of official race results
• Government-issued identification
• A signed Affidavit of Eligibility
• A signed Publicity Release

Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

 

11. Publicity Rights

By entering the Promotion, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their:

• Name
• Likeness
• Voice
• Photograph
• Race footage
• City and state of residence

for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

 

13. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

 

14. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

 

15. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request to:
