Shipping & Return Policy


How will my order be shipped?

Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $65 USD, which is 4-8 Business Days via USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. Shipments depart our HQ from Los Angeles and transit time will vary based on your distance from Los Angeles to your doorstep.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Our team will send a tracking number once your order is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. 

What if my OFFFIELD didn't arrive?

Hit us up! - We’ll connect with the USPS and see if we can come up with a solution. However, OFFFIELD is not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which results in an inability to deliver your order.

How about if I want to cancel or change my order?

We’re fast on our feet, but even faster with our label maker, so we might not be able to stop your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best. For subscription orders, please visit our FAQ page.

Damage & Refunds

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage at and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.

What if I want a refund?

If you're not happy with your order, we'll do our best to make good. Please contact to request a refund. Any subsequent returns must be unopened, unused and completely sealed due to be eligible for to receive a refund. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns are inspected by our team at our warehouse prior to being refunded. 

For first time subscription products, we do not offer a refund for any reason other than the product has arrived damaged. By selecting a recurring subscription, we assume that you have tried the product prior.
